Refund Policy

Our policy on refunds for email subscriptions and other services.

Last updated: 18 September 2025

1. Introduction

We aim to provide high-quality branded email services and related products at Ealing.com. This Refund Policy explains when you may or may not be entitled to a refund.

2. Cooling-Off & Immediate Supply

When you purchase an @ealing.com email subscription online, you usually have 14 days to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, by requesting immediate activation of your mailbox, you agree that the service starts right away and that you waive your right to cancel once your account is set up.

3. No Refund for Change of Mind

After activation, payments for subscriptions are non-refundable, including where you decide not to use the service or are otherwise dissatisfied, unless your statutory rights apply.

4. Service Failures & Remedies

If we fail to provide the service as described, or there is a fault with our systems, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, account credit, or a partial/full refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our discretion, offer a goodwill refund or credit where there are extenuating circumstances (e.g. a serious technical failure). Please contact support@ealing.com to discuss.

6. Payment Disputes

If you have a payment concern, please contact us before opening a chargeback or dispute through your bank or PayPal. We will investigate promptly and aim to resolve fairly.

7. Subscription Commitment

Your subscription applies for the full term you select at checkout (annual or monthly). Early cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for unused time, except where required under sections 3 or 4 above.

8. Contact

For any questions about this Refund Policy or your rights, email support@ealing.com.

9. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law.
