3. Acceptable Use

6. Email Use & Marketing

  • Mass or marketing emails are allowed only with prior consent and must comply with UK PECR anti-spam rules.
  • Accounts may not be resold, shared, or transferred without permission from Ealing.com.

7. Security Obligations

  • Use strong, unique passwords and keep them secret. Update passwords regularly.
  • Notify us at once if you suspect a breach.

8. Enforcement

We may:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts breaching this AUP.
  • Remove or block harmful content.
  • Report serious violations to police, regulators, or other authorities.

To report abuse, email support@ealing.com with details and evidence of the issue.

10. Amendments

We may revise this AUP as needed. Changes will be posted on our site and, if significant, notified by email or message before taking effect.
